This international friendly will be held at Wembley on Thursday, November 12 and will kick-off at 8pm.
These two last met in a friendly in June 2015 and it finished 0-0. Indeed, the last five meetings between them have ended in a draw.
Before that, it is the Republic who have the most recent win in this future, claiming a 1-0 victory at Euro 1988 thanks to Ray Houghton.
