Britain now rules the heavyweight division and even Floyd Mayweather has been forced to sit up and take notice.
At the start of the year, the retired 50-0 boxing legend visited on a tour of the UK to do a multitude of fan Q&A events.

During one of these shows, Mayweather was quizzed for his views on unified champion Anthony Joshua and WBC champion Tyson Fury.
When asked who’d win if they fought, Mayweather replied: “Anthony Joshua, helluva fighter. Tyson Fury, helluva fighter.”
He then joked: “It doesn’t matter who wins. If I’m not getting paid, that’s not my business.”

Mayweather continued: “Everybody keeps worrying about two heavyweights. But boxing is worldwide.
“There’s going to be a heavyweight who is not from the US and not from the UK who is going to make a lot of noise. Everybody remember that, mark it down.
“The other heavyweights coming up from these other countries are very exciting and very explosive.
“In the sport of boxing, anything can happen on any given night. Deontay Wilder was at the top one day and the next day they’re hating him.
“Tyson Fury can win one day and Deontay Wilder can win the next. But when you’re Floyd Mayweather, you never have a bad day.”
