Virgil van Dijk has broken his social media silence undergoing successful knee surgery.
The Liverpool defender damaged his anterior cruciate ligament after a collision with Jordan Pickford in a 2-2 draw with Everton in October.

After posting a heartfelt message confirming his injury, the 29-year-old has stayed quiet on social media.
However, for the first time since his surgery, he posted a picture of himself with the new in-demand PlayStation 5.
Van Dijk’s caption featured a smiley emoji along with the hashtag ‘PS5’.
On Monday, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp revealed Van Dijk’s knee did not look good.
He said: “Of course we are in contact.
“Considering the circumstances he is doing well but the knee doesn’t look good.
“It doesn’t look how a knee should but looks okay considering the surgery he had.”
