Manchester United told to loan Paul Pogba out to Joey Barton’s Fleetwood Town after latest Mino Raiola comments

Manchester United fans have expressed widespread disdain for Paul Pogba after his agent Mino Raiola’s latest comments – and many have phoned talkSPORT saying it’s time to sell the Frenchman.

However, none took it quite so far as Chris the Red Devils supporter, who wants Pogba loaned out to Joey Barton’s League One side Fleetwood Town!

It looks like the United midfielder could be on the move in January after Raiola announced his time at Old Trafford is ‘over’ – for the umpteenth time.

With a year-and-a-half remaining on his current deal, United risk losing the 27-year-old for nothing unless they shift him next month.

But in one of our best calls of late, it’s not Real Madrid or Juventus who Chris the United fans wants Pogba sold to.

He told the Breakfast show: “What an idiot [Raiola]! Nobody is going to take Pogba, nobody!

“Jose Mourinho, one of the top managers in the world, bought him for £89million and Pogba should’ve been loyal to him. But he went to the press with his agent and told them what’s happening behind closed doors.

“What manager is going to take him? They’ll be looking over their shoulder all the time.

“If you don’t pick him in the team, is he going to go to the press? We’ve got a big elephant in the room that we don’t want.”

With that in mind, Chris suggests Man United should cut their losses and loan Pogba out to Barton at Fleetwood.

Because, well, why not?

“The team are better without him. Loan him out to Joey Barton!” Chris added.

“Whether we get money for him or not, just get him out. If anybody wanted him, they would’ve come for him in the summer.

“Nobody wants him because nobody wants the headache of his agent.”
