Tommy Fury says Deontay Wilder’s brother ‘can get it’ as he aims to make Wilder vs Fury 3 happen against Bronze Bomber’s sibling Marsellos

Tommy Fury has revealed he wants to fight Deontay Wilder’s brother, and follow in Tyson’s footsteps by beating the American.

The Love Island star and light-heavyweight took his unbeaten professional record to 4-0 with an impressive knockout win against Genadij Krajevskij on Friday night.

Fighting on the undercard of Mark Heffron vs Denzel Bentley, Fury made light work of the Lithuanian and finished him off in the second round with a devastating four-punch combo.

And it appears the 21-year-old could now set his sights on continuing the family feud and keep the bad blood boiling with a fight against Marsellos Wilder.

Fury was ringside in Las Vegas as he watched older brother Tyson dismantle Deontay Wilder to win the WBC heavyweight title back in February.

A trilogy bout was penned in this year, but after a series of delays and numerous excuses from the Bronze Bomber, the Gypsy King has moved on and found a new opponent in Agit Kabayel for a homecoming fight in the UK on December 5.

But Tommy appears keen to step up and make Wilder vs Fury 3 finally happen – against the Bronze Bomber’s cruiserweight sibling Marsellos, who he says ‘can get it’ just like his brother did.

Speaking ahead of his fourth professional win, the young fighter said: “I don’t want to look past Friday’s opponent but, if his brother wants the same as Deontay got, then he can get it.

“I see a lot of people tweeting about wanting to fight me but I never saw that before I went into Love Island so I know what they are after.

“If Marsellos Wilder is one of those then I will happily oblige.

“My advice for him would be to keep quiet and stay in America where he can try to help his brother recover from what Tyson did to him, fair and square.”

Marsellos Wilder is ten years Tommy Fury’s senior, at 31, and has not fought since being knocked out by little-known Dustin Long in November last year.

That was the second defeat of his seven-fight professional career, after he was also bettered by William Deets in January 2019.

In seven fights, Wilder’s record stands at five wins and two losses – brings a whole new meaning to the Bronze Bomber.
