Anthony Joshua has 21 knockout wins from 24 fights in his professional career to date.
The hard punching WBA, IBF and WBO heavyweight king holds one of the highest KO percentages of any current champion in the sport.
Joshua represented Team GB at London 2012
And it appears this power is far from a newly developed attribute for the 30-year-old.
Joshua uploaded a video on Friday showing one of his most brutal amateur knockouts in which he took his opponent’s headguard clean off.
The opposition fighter staggered to his feet, but then fell back onto the ropes as the camera cuts out.
He undoubtedly would have been stopped by the referee.
Joshua went on to win the gold medal for his country
The bout happened with AJ representing Finchley ABC during his relatively short amateur time before he went to the Olympics.
He famously won gold at London 2012 and then launched his pro career in which he’s picked up three of the four world titles.
